Thanks for visiting CardRelic. The terms below set out the ground rules for browsing our site and buying from us, so please give them a read before you shop. Using this website or submitting an order means you accept these terms.

Eligibility

Orders may only be placed by customers who are 18 or older, or who have reached the age of majority where they live. By checking out, you're confirming you meet that requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Products & Pricing

We work hard to keep everything on this site accurate, though errors can slip through from time to time.

Pricing mistakes. Where an item has been listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the affected order or reach out with the correct figure before we process it.

Photography. Images are shown for illustration only. The product you receive, along with its packaging and coloring, may differ slightly from what's pictured.

Stock levels. Availability can change at any moment without advance notice, and we can't promise that everything shown on the site will remain in stock.

Purchase limits. On certain items we may cap how many units a single customer, household, or order can buy.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order isn't the same as us accepting it. We retain the right to:

  • Turn down or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Confirm payment or customer details before shipment
  • Reject orders that show signs of fraud or look suspicious
  • Void orders affected by pricing errors or stock shortages

Payment

Any secure payment option shown at checkout may be used.

Currency. Everything is priced in the currency displayed on the site during checkout.

Processing. We charge your payment method when the order is submitted.

Declined payments. Orders may be held or cancelled if a payment can't be completed successfully.

Pre-Orders (Where Offered)

For items sold ahead of release:

  • We may require payment in full at the time of ordering.
  • Release dates come from the manufacturer and are estimates that can shift without notice.
  • Once stock arrives, pre-orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Cancellation may no longer be possible once processing has started.
  • Should a manufacturer scrap a release altogether, you'll receive a full refund.

Product Authenticity

We source our inventory from suppliers we trust and, where applicable, through authorized distribution channels, so that what you receive is the real thing.

Intellectual Property

Everything published on this site — our logos, graphics, product photography, written copy, layout, and other materials — belongs to CardRelic or the parties who license it to us, and is protected under copyright and trademark law.

Unless you have our written consent, you may not:

  • Reproduce or copy material from the site
  • Make use of our name, logo, or branding
  • Harvest site data with automated tools
  • Republish our product descriptions or images elsewhere

Acceptable Use

When using this website, you agree not to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation
  • Try to access our systems without authorization
  • Deploy bots, scripts, or other automated software against the site
  • Provide information that is false or misleading
  • Harass or abuse our staff or fellow customers
  • Pose as someone else, or as another organization

Limitation of Liability

So far as the law allows, CardRelic accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or missed business opportunities.

Where a claim relates to a purchase, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

Product Disclaimer

Products are sold as supplied by the manufacturer unless we state otherwise.

We make no guarantees regarding specific variations, contents, promotional inserts, collectible value, or manufacturer packaging beyond what the manufacturer itself specifies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CardRelic operates.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service whenever necessary. Revisions take effect as soon as they're posted to this site.
